Ashley specializes in ADHD, PTSD and C-PTSD, mood disorders, and anxiety across the life span. She spent her career working in an inpatient substance abuse program and in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. In her free time, Ashley volunteers as a victim advocate for victims of domestic violence, homicide, and sexual assault. Ashley understands that each person has different physical, mental, and spiritual needs and each visit will focus on addressing these issues. Visits will include therapy, medication management, collaboration with treatment team and reviewing progress. Please note I do not offer therapy only sessions.
Ashley offers light therapy, art therapy, sound therapy, and Reiki. Ashley also offers psychological and ADHD testing.
