I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed to provide mental health care across the lifespan. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working 8 years as a nurse, I received my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license after graduating from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2023.
I specialize in a range of mental health concerns including mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I seek to deliver trauma-informed care to all patients and understand that treatment is a multi-step process that often involves different modalities of treatment options including medications, therapy, and lifestyle factors.
I seek to deliver evidence-based care to clients with a wide range of mental health concerns. I believe as a provider, the most effective way to deliver optimal care is to focus on the primary needs and concerns of the client.
