While traditionally trained in psychiatry, I have also earned my Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) which allows me to incorporate evidence-based strategies into individualized treatment. I am also EMDR trained, which is one of my favorite evidence-based practices to offer clients working toward long term regulation and resilience,
