I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 2 years of experience. With a background in nursing and trauma care, I transitioned into mental health to provide holistic, client-centered support. I am passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, fostering a compassionate environment for growth and healing.

I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. Drawing from my trauma nursing experience, I take a whole-person approach to care, combining physical and emotional understanding. I prioritize trust, collaboration, and emotional safety in my sessions.
