About
Asheville Integrative Psychiatry is an integrative mental health practice located in the Blue Ridge Mountains that uses nature connection as a foundation for healing. We provide a comprehensive health assessment with our psychiatrist, Dr Tiffany Sauls, to help determine root causes of existing mental and physical health challenges. We offer recommendations around diet, nutrition, supplements, stress management, exercise/movement, and medications adjustment/reduction to improve your health and well-being. If appropriate, we also offer ketamine assisted therapy combined with guided nature connection.
Our primary focus is using nature connection to reduce dependence on medications and the medical system. Our goal is curative therapy instead of symptom management and we operate under the belief that a strong connection to the natural world awakens and nourishes the inner healer. Psychedelic medicines can be a part if this process when used correctly.
Are you looking for an experiences integrative psychiatrist who has time to listen? Do you feel healthier when you are in nature and connected to nature? We have space for new clients and time to discuss our approach and services with you by phone, email, or text.
