I am Dr. Claudette Green, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner. I provide effective, holistic, patient-centered care to manage mental health challenges including anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse treatment, personality disorder, medication management, among others. I am a Doctoral prepared, board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in the nursing profession. I meet clients wherever they are on their journey of wellness, with respect and without judgement. My approach is compassionate, patient-centered care, collaborative, and evidence-based to help you reclaim your purpose, and power.
