I am a psychiatrist who works with children, teenagers, adults and their families to help them with mental, emotional and behavioral challenges. I employ both psychotherapy and psychiatric medication, when appropriate, to improve the functioning and happiness and alleviate the suffering of my patients. I enjoy, and have experience, working with many different types of people on a wide range of issues.
I see all ages from young children to older adults, helping with the attendant age-related problems including struggles with family, relationships, school, career and the vicissitudes of life. Common presenting problems include impaired job performance, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I have an interest in psychoanalysis to help patients make positive, sustained changes.
My office is located in the Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood of Denver. Currently, I am accepting new patients. The wait time for an initial session is approximately one to two weeks. I do not accept insurance, but will provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network benefits.
