Hi, I am currently accepting new patients! I treat anxiety and depression, to PTSD, ASD, ADHD, bipolar disorder and personality disorders. I work with children, teens, to adults. The ones whom I have had success with were invested in their treatment and willing to work along with me. I feel that therapy alongside pharmacologic management has been extremely helpful for recovery, sobriety, growth and symptom management. I like to take a conservative practice with medications and try to use a "less is more," approach. I like to be cautious and careful in my medication decisions and follow clients closely.
I have been working in the field of mental health for several years, my background is addiction and trauma. I feel it has allowed me to help others with other presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, mood disorder and thought disorders. I keep myself update with new research and newer forms of pharmacologic treatment.
I like to have a collaborative approach with clients, its important they their treatment matches what their hoping to achieve. Education is key on my end and so I ensure that those I work with approach our decision with a good understanding and can make informed consent.
