I am a doctorate prepared, board certified and licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving Mississippi, Colorado and Arizona adult residents. I’ve been working in mental health for nearly a decade. 9 years as a nurse and the last 4 years as a Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluations with or without medication management.

There is always hope! Sometimes we struggle with life changing illness or events or even every day difficulties, but there is the possibility of working through and moving forward to find peace and happiness. I believe everyone has the power to make changes in their own life and it is my goal to work with individuals and families to use that power and find Joy. My experience encompasses medication management and integrative psychiatry with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She desires that each person feel valued, heard, and empowered to be a part of the shared decision-making team. Her specialties include perinatal mood disorders, PMDD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, Bipolar, ADHD, and PTSD. She provides care both in-person and via telehealth.
