Welcome to Ardent Counseling, where I hope to help you feel your best! I work as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Board Certified for Psychiatric Mental Health. My therapeutic approach encourages patient involvement in their treatment plan to ensure the focus is on what matters most to the patient. Unfortunately, there is no "magic pill" to fix everything, but with hard work and commitment I help patients achieve happy, balanced, and a mentally/physically healthy life. I have training and experience for patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.
My specialty is behavioral health. Currently, I am on the faculty of Rosalind Franklin Medical School for pediatric psychiatric/adolescent and behavioral health nursing. Ardent counseling uses medications and behavioral interventions to ameliorate problems.
