I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with both my Master of Science in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing and my Doctor of Nursing Practice earned from Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing at Hofstra University, specializing in medication management for mental health.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, sleep issues, and eating disorders—and many other concerns—using a holistic approach that addresses mind, body, and lifestyle. I work compassionately with children, teens, young adults, and adults, offering personalized support to improve emotional well-being, and foster meaningful change.
