Hello! My name is Jasmine Peyton, and I am an associate-level therapist with over 10 years of experience working at crisis centers. With a strong background in crisis intervention, I am here to assist individuals in tackling life challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, big transitions, or just feeling stuck. I utilize a strengths-based approach rooted in Solution-Focused Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you; it is about creating space to help you grow, heal, and feel more connected with yourself.

As a psychiatric physician assistant, I believe healing begins with feeling truly heard and understood. I strive to create a welcoming and nonjudgemental environment where my patients can express themselves openly, about their challenges and goals.

Hi! My name is Taylor, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A). This means I work under the guidance of a fully licensed counselor while continuing to grow and refine my skills. I earned my counseling degree from Appalachian State University, where I also completed a certificate in expressive arts therapy. This is a specialty I love weaving into sessions when/if it feels supportive.
