I work with clients who may be navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or facing everyday challenges that feel heavier than they should. You might also be carrying the impact of past or present relationship or family trauma. You're someone who wants more than quick fixes - you're curious about the "why" behind your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and you're ready to better understand the roots of what's showing up in your life.
