I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I treat multiple areas of mental health, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and coping skills, just to name a few. I am hard-working, compassionate, and an advocate for my patients. Since becoming a PMHNP, I have served as a medication manager, counselor/therapist, and advocate.

I have a long history in the mental health field, starting out as a social worker and rehabilitation counselor after graduating from Thomas University. I later switched to the nursing field, obtaining my AA degree from ITT, my Bachelor's in Nursing from Gulf Coast, and my Master’s Degree from Valdosta University.

I use multiple styles of therapy depending on the circumstances and client, which is unique in providing care. Life is hard and it takes work each and every day.
