I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner & Counselor specializing in Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Weight Management. I am currently seeing clients via Telehealth across Washington State, adults 18 years and up. I offer psychological testing, CBT, motivational interviewing, and strength-based, individualized therapy with a holistic approach!
I will work to help you engage in activities that give meaning and purpose to life, while having positive relationships with others.
