Dr. Agarwal is a board-eligible adult psychiatrist. He was elected chief resident from his residency program at the University of Central Florida. He graduated cum laude from the American University of Antigua where he obtained his medical degree, and received a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Irvine.

She graduated from the University of South Alabama, in Mobile, AL with a Master's of Science in Nursing. Sandy believes in providing quality, and patient-centered care. She has a strong passion for helping others struggling with mental health issues. She is a good listener, and is compassionate. She has over 13 years of mental health clinical nursing experience. She specializes in adult treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD/ADD, Bipolar disorders, and Schizophrenia.

Katherine R. Rizzo, DO, graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Microbiology and Cell Science and from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Rizzo is a compassionate, caring physician who puts all her patients at ease. Confident in the latest techniques, theories and medication, Dr. Rizzo is an outstanding physician who was chosen as Chief Resident at the University of South Florida. While at USF she received clinical awards and served on several of USF's professional clinical committees. Dr. Rizzo is certified in NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Courtney Tibbetts, PMHNP- BC, helps patients explore their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts, with the goal of identifying and addressing the underlying causes of mental health problems. She treatments patient with a wide range of disorders including depression, ADHD, anxiety, personality disorder, and PTSD.

I provide assistance in many areas including ADHD, depression, anxiety , mood disorder and many others. The course of treatment is individualized to fit each person’s unique circumstances.

My philosophy on treating mental health is understanding that mental health problems do not define a person, but rather are experiences that shape an individual, and can be managed in order to live the best life possible. Upon high school graduation I decided to stay close to my family and attended the University of Miami. During my time there I became an avid fan of the Hurricanes but after college my desire to become a physician and my husband’s job took us to the Midwest.
