I work with people who have depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder and treatment resistant depression/OCD. Expect a clear plan of action at the initial assessment. When starting a new medication, I prefer lower initial doses. I review patients one week later. and then every 3-4 weeks. Most patients improve gradually over a month or two, although we often see dramatic results with ketamine.
