Anthony Shabrack (MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC) is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner in Minnesota with over 12 years experience in psychiatric nursing and mental health care. Anthony views mental health as the cornerstone of a person’s overall health. He believes that in order for a person to be truly healthy, their mental health must first in a good state.
Anthony will work with his patients to identify the challenges in their lives that may be affecting their mental health and develop a plan with the patient to treat these challenges with an appropriate combination of medications and being a primary support person for the patient.
When the patient’s mental health has reached its ideal state, they will be better prepared and capable of facing the challenges of their lives. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys fantasy and science fiction, watching films, and reading fiction books in the genres of interest to him.
