I work best with adults who are seeking support for both mental health and complex medical needs, especially those dealing with conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD or challenges related to acute or chronic illness. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, struggling to manage symptoms, or looking for clarity and stability in their daily lives.
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I take time to understand each client’s experiences and goals, then develop a care plan that may include medication management, education, and ongoing support.
I help adults who are struggling with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD and bipolar disorder, as well as those managing complex medical or psychiatric needs. My specialty combines psychiatric care with talk therapy, allowing me to support both the emotional and clinical sides of treatment.
