I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner based in Denver, Colorado. I received my doctorate degree in family nursing practice from The University of Arizona in 2016. After completing my degree, I worked in pediatric neurology for over 5 years. I pursued my post masters in psych mental health in 2021. I am certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and am currently pursuing certification through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) for ketamine and psychedelic assisted therapy.

My goal is to provide patient centered evidence-based care. I believe in collaborating with my clients to develop a plan together that they feel comfortable with. I believe in providing education, resources, and alternative options that may facilitate treatment.

My practice is focused on the holistic nursing model of treating the whole person. I truly believe we have the best outcomes when we work together as a team. My recommendations may include medications, counseling, complementary alternative therapies, and lifestyle change strategies. Other treatment options may include TMS, Spravato/Ketamine, and genesight.
