I work with children, teens, and adults who are going through anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, OCD, psychosis, addiction, and thoughts of harming themselves or others. When I work with kids and teens, I involve their families to make sure they feel supported every step of the way.

We’ll talk through what’s been going on, and I’ll share simple, practical tools you can actually use to start feeling better and reconnect with yourself. Our conversations are relaxed and focused on what matters most to you right now. There’s no pressure and no judgment, just a safe space where you can be you.
