My practice is focused on the diagnosis and treatment of youth with ADHD. I am an Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing I have extensive experience in diagnosis and treatment of youth with various psychiatric conditions, working in both inpatient and outpatient youth psychiatric settings. My clinical interests are varied but I have a strong interest in the treatment of ADHD and authored the book- ADHD Pearls: Condensed Wisdom for Parents. I operate my practice completely on my own, intentionally keeping it small so I am able to provide a "concierge" level of care for my patients and families.
As an APRN, I possess prescriptive privileges in Nevada. Medications and therapy can often be helpful in treating psychiatric diagnoses. Treatment modalities vary from person to person. I strive to help a child be their best self. My pediatric practice is guided by theories of self-care, partnership, genuineness and optimism.
