I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in practice since 2014. My specialty areas include ADHD, MDD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, GAD, Panic Disorder, ASD and Tourette's Disorder. I have a master's from MGH Institute of Health Professions and am licensed to practice in Massachusetts. My experience includes private practice, community mental health, therapeutic schools, and residential treatment settings.
During our early sessions we will focus on diagnostics, then work on improving the symptoms that are bothering you most by using evidence-based treatments. We will focus on both functioning and wellbeing. Though our primary intervention will be psychopharmacology, I also use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, education, and support.
My style is curious and solution oriented. I will teach you about treatment options and we will make a plan together. I am non-judgmental, friendly and have a sense of humor.
