Welcome! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adults find balance, healing, and resilience. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism.
My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and tailored to each client. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic concepts. I also provide medication management, lifestyle support, and evidence-based guidance on supplements to support whole-person mental health.
