I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and provide a collaborative therapeutic environment to assist adults in navigating life's journey. I can provide assistance with anxiety, depression, grief, as well as relationship issues, and life transitions. My style uses Depth and Psychoanalytic approaches. This means I take into consideration what may be lying outside of our awareness as we talk about your upbringing, your challenges, and your triumphs. I can assist you in coming into deeper awareness of the origins of core issues and beliefs, as well as help you come to terms with the existential givens of life.
The course of treatment will be individualized to your specific needs. In some cases, this involves integration of medications along with regular psychotherapy, in order to facilitate the work. I do not provide standalone medication management.
