I am a seasoned, relational, psychiatric nurse practitioner psychotherapist with decades of experience working at the intersection of depth, attachment, and transformation. My practice is grounded in careful listening, emotional precision, and a respect for the complexity of a life fully lived. I work with adults across the lifespan, with particular depth of experience supporting creatives, leaders, and individuals navigating midlife and later-life transitions who are seeking more than symptom relief—those drawn to therapy as a place for meaning-making, integration, and psychological refinement.

My patients are often highly capable and outwardly successful, yet privately grappling with questions of identity, desire, grief, power, intimacy, and change. Many are navigating creative reinvention, menopausal or aging processes, relational impasses, or the quiet reckoning that can arise once external achievements no longer suffice.

I maintain a small, mostly out-of-network practice to work thoughtfully and without constraint.
