My passion is to support women through their reproductive years. Whether you are planning a pregnancy, pregnant or postpartum, struggling with premenstrual symptoms, or going through perimenopause, I want to ensure that you have an emotionally healthy and enjoyable experience. We use an integrative and holistic approach that includes conventional treatment, psychotherapy, lifestyle medicine, and complementary tools.
I am a Harvard-trained psychiatrist on faculty at UCSF with a desire to promote the mental and emotional health of those going through conception, fertility journeys, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, and any other hormonal challenges (PMDD, PCOS, and more) to help you achieve emotional balance and well-being.
