I’m currently accepting new patients and offer both in-person and telehealth visits, so we can find what feels most comfortable for you. My approach is warm, holistic, and evidence-based, focused on helping you find calm, clarity, and balance. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and the ups and downs that come with life changes. I offer GeneSight and ADHD testing, medication management, and integrative mental wellness support.

To support clients with busy schedules, I offer flexible appointment options, including select evening and weekend availability. If you need a time outside of standard clinic hours, please reach out to me directly to discuss options. New clients can conveniently book their first appointment online through the Sparrow Behavioral Health website.
