I appreciate that it can be hard to find the right fit for your mental health needs. Let's face it, you can't get any more vulnerable than asking for help for your mental health. I spend the time to truly listen and understand your concerns. I work with you to identify a treatment plan you are comfortable with. The outcomes are better and remission is achieved faster if you work together with a provider you trust to achieve your goals.
I provide a variety of services including: ADHD testing & treatment, medication management, supportive therapy, presurgical psychological evaluations for bariatric surgery, emotional support animal clearance letters. I also provide wellness coaching. If you are not a fan of traditional medicine, we can talk about alternative treatment options.
