If you are struggling with anxiety, insomnia, and/or substance abuse, then I am here to help. If your mood symptoms led to alcohol and/or drug use, or vice versa, there is a solution. If you are seeking someone to help with your chronic pain with non-narcotic medications, then you found her. I diagnose and treat all anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, insomnia, and chronic pain. If you are serious about treatment with medication and/or psychotherapy, then please contact me. I am here to help.

Although I am an addiction psychiatrist, my passion resides in psychotherapy. My experiences thus far have led me to treat primarily anxiety disorders, but I am knowledgable and board certified to treat all psychiatric disorders. My expertise is in treating mood and anxiety disorders.

I prescribe medications judiciously, and try to use alternative, non-narcotic medications when I believe it is appropriate. I also try to minimize polypharmacy, and believe that the solution to all problems is not necessarily in a pill, which is why I am a firm believer in the healing power of psychotherapy.
