I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based mental health care for adolescents and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healing journey. I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, burnout, trauma-related symptoms, and difficulty with focus, sleep, or emotional regulation.

From there, I develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
My practice is rooted in a holistic, mind-body perspective, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I value helping clients build insight, develop healthier coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward stability, confidence, and improved quality of life.
