Hello, my name is Angelica Luciano. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I was licensed in 2017. I use a bio-psycho-social framework. Understanding that psychiatric illnesses may have biological causes, the effects of certain medications, or genetic predisposition. I incorporate multiple modalities, including medication management, education, and brief supportive therapeutic interventions to treat you as a unique individual and not a textbook. I treat adults, typically between the ages of 18-60, for a broad range of psychiatric conditions, with a particular interest in anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD.
It is my goal to make psychiatric care accessible, comfortable, non-judgmental, and authentic. My approach is to act as a guide, and collaborator. To ensure we have a productive first visit, please be sure to fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation.
There will be lots of questions during this visit, especially regarding your medical and mental health history. Once we have completed your evaluation, we can then discuss a treatment plan specific to your needs that will get you on the road to feeling better as soon as possible!
