Many of my clients come to me struggling with persistent worry, racing thoughts, intrusive thoughts, poor sleep, difficulty concentrating, mood symptoms, or other concerns that interfere with daily life. Some have lived with these challenges for years without fully understanding why. I enjoy getting to know my clients and taking the time to understand the full picture. By considering biological, psychological, and social factors, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans designed to help clients gain clarity, improve symptoms, and achieve their individual goals.
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for ages 7 and up. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and evidence-based. I take time to understand the whole person, not just symptoms, and integrate education, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to help clients achieve meaningful improvement.
