My name is Angela Stuff and I am the co-owner and mental health provider at 180 Mental Health and Wellness. I am double board certified as a FNP and PMHNP allowing me more diverse experience to provide safe and effective care. In mental health, I believe treatment should be individualized and not everyone fits the exact same treatment plan. I love incorporating holistic, natural, and more functional types of treatment as well to further benefit overall health.

As someone who has struggled with mental health, I understand the frustration and sometimes overwhelming task it is to navigate the mental health system and find a provider who truly cares. I value the time I spend with each patient and strive to find options that work best with each individual case.
