Hello, I'm a primary Mental Health Nurse practitioner and Family Nurse practitioner board certified and Licensed in state of California with a Doctorate degree in mental health. I help Adults struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.
I have a strong mental health background working in emergency room, out patient mental health clinic and inpatient. I use both pharmacotherapy ( medication) and psychotherapy (CBT, Psychoeducation and mindfulness, etc.; ) when treating my clients
