Hi, my name is Angela! I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse, my journey in mental health care has been transformative. I've witnessed the resilience of the human spirit through the darkest struggles. Transitioning to a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner, I've learned that empathy and active listening are my most potent tools. Life has taught me that compassion transcends textbooks, and every patient has a unique story. My experiences have deepened my understanding of the intricate web of mental health, making me an advocate for de-stigmatizing mental illnesses and fostering hope.

My approach to mental health and psychiatry is integrative, which means I use a variety of methods & approaches including; talk therapy, mindfulness practices, nutrition, sleep hygiene and medication management when appropriate to assist my patients in accomplishing their goals.
