ADHD, PTSD and depression have gone under-treated for the fear or shame of being diagnosed. I'm Angela, my practice is called Mindful Healing. I've been a nurse for thirty-four years and a Practitioner for the past five. I graduated with honors from Southern Adventist University with my Master's in Psychiatric Care. I started my career helping first responders deal with PTSD. I treat depression and anxiety, along with ADHD and much more. I have lengthy experience in addictions of all types. I care about my patients, and you will not be just a number if you choose to have me as your provider.
My clients experience a collaborative, engaging, and enthusiastic approach to therapy, incorporating appropriate humor. My professional experience and personal experiences guide me to serve families, couples, and individuals who are struggling, hurting, or seeking direction.
