With over 20 years in healthcare and wellness, including supporting patients with serious mental illness, I am here to bring empathy, balance, and evidence-based care, and to take what we do seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. I provide adult psychiatric assessments, medication management, and brief therapy. I treat a wide range of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, PTSD, panic disorder, and psychosis. I also offer support for stress management, LGBTQ+ issues, non-traditional or polyamorous relationships.
