About
Weekend and evening appointments available! I am a Board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who specializes in treating adults only. I love and strive to take the stigma out of mental health and help my patients make sense of their lives by embracing their unique journey. I am comfortable and proficient in treating a variety of mental health challenges and I am LGBTQIA friendly!
I pride myself in a personalized treatment experience because mental health is not one-size-fits-all. I cherish relationships across disciplines and I believe medication is only a small part of your journey. I provide medication management meant to compliment your established therapeutic goals. Please note: I do not provide therapy only.
I’m a down-to-earth clinician with a deep sense of empathy, compassion and a quirky sense of humor. I believe that laughing is good for your soul and essential to your recovery. My approach encompasses acceptance to meet you where you are in your journey and I use a seek to understand philosophy. I look forward to meeting you!
