Like a ray of light, your journey toward mental well-being has a clear starting point, but its path is limitless. As an integrative, board-certified psychiatrist, I am committed to guiding you from your starting place toward a future filled with endless possibilities and lasting mental health.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, challenging life transitions, and women’s mental health. Using a holistic approach, I combine comprehensive evaluation, talk therapy, integrative methods, medication management, and lifestyle interventions. My practice emphasizes warmth, curiosity, and collaboration to promote healing and fulfillment.
Outside of private practice, I serve as Vice Chair of Education and Program Director of the Psychiatry Residency at Maimonides Health, and as Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate and NY College of Osteopathic Medicine. I’m also involved in research and have received several awards for Excellence in Teaching and Leadership in Psychiatry Education.
