I specialize in thoughtful adult ADHD evaluations and psychiatric medication management across Massachusetts both in person and by secure telehealth. Many patients I work with are high-functioning on the outside but struggling with focus, follow-through, anxiety, burnout, sleep, motivation, or diagnostic uncertainty. My approach is individualized, careful, collaborative, and practical, rather than rushed prescribing or one-size-fits-all treatment. My goal is to help you own your mind and live your best life.

We will take time to understand your history, symptoms, strengths, goals, and prior treatment experiences before deciding whether medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, and/or further assessment makes sense. I am a licensed psychiatrist currently completing advanced fellowship training at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
