My ideal client is someone who feels weighed down by depression, anxiety, or an eating disorder, often after years of trying to “just push through.” You might be stuck in cycles of self-criticism, racing thoughts, or overwhelming anxiety that keeps you from enjoying life the way you want. I spent over six years at the Eating Recovery Center in Denver, providing intensive inpatient care for individuals with eating disorders and comorbid psychiatric conditions and I'm a CU Boulder alum who gets college life. I can help you w/Deep TMS and Spravato to help you feel like your best self.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and eating disorders with a "more than meds" approach. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and cutting-edge treatments like Spravato and Deep TMS to help you "drop the rope" with unhelpful thoughts and move forward and achieve real, sustainable wellness.
I combine lived experience with clinical skill, having overcome my own crippling anxiety by embracing mindfulness and therapy. There are so many skills I can teach you in your own journey toward stability and self-compassion and I know you can do it!
