I enjoy working with adults who have been struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health concerns. Although I realize the importance of medications in some cases, I recognize that actively listening to clients and providing help outside of medication management is key to helping individuals reach personal growth and awareness. I find it beneficial to look at all factors that could be affecting someone's mental health.

Through my experience and my own personal struggles, I want clients to know that there is more to alleviating mental health symptoms than just medications. I want clients to know as well that they have a say in their treatment plan and can address all of the concerns that they have.

I want clients to know that they can reach me easily with any questions or concerns that they may have regarding medications or their treatment.
