I'm comfortable treating a wide-array of clients including those with anxiety, panic, mood disorders, ADHD, eating disorders and PMDD. Additionally, I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds including high profile clients with increased need for privacy. My ideal client is proactive and engaged in their mental health care. Medication management can include a holistic and natural plan of care as appropriate. The goal is to achieve total mental wellness. I primarily see patients living in Maryland and Maine via telebehavioral health and intermittent in-office visits.
I specialize in medication management; however, have extensive training in psychotherapy including PhD-level work in Brief Solution-Based Therapy. I'm an active member of the Integrative Medicine for Mental Health clinicians and use complementary and alternative treatments within treatment plans.
