Everyone at some point in their life goes through difficult times. However, if you have been struggling with anxiety or mood issues for more than a few weeks or loved ones have noticed a change and feel you need help, you might benefit from an evaluation. I love people, understanding their story, learning who they are and their goal for the future. I have a passion for helping as many as possible; from those who are looking for why they just don't feel right to those who are greatly suffering.
I specialize in a broad range of treatment modalities. I have extensive experience treating clients with a variety of disorders from anxiety and depression to ADHD and Bipolar Disorder. I also work with clients suffering from significant substance use disorders to help them achieve a sober lifestyle.
I believe that conservative medication management along with other beneficial treatments such as exercise and therapy, can optimize how a client can live their life. I have a passion for making mental health care more accessible as there has always been a lack of resources and care options available.
