The goal of therapy is for clients to develop the capacity to resolve personal problems with the support of a therapist. The time it can take to achieve the therapeutic goals is based on the individual needs of each client, couple, family, child and adolescent. A typical session with us includes mental status examination, where evaluations are made of appearance and behavior, self-reported symptoms, mental health history, and current life circumstances. We also provide several therapies including talk therapy, Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy(DBT), Motivational interviewing, and several other tools.
Ancient of Days Psychiatry is a multi-disciplinary Practice offering individualized and creative approaches to understanding problems and solutions.
