I work with children, adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions—those who feel their symptoms are getting in the way of daily life, relationships or their sense of purpose. They might be experiencing persistent sadness, loss of motivation, excessive worry, irritability, or hopelessness. In some cases, they may be dealing with treatment-resistant depression. Their needs include a thorough evaluation; clear information about their diagnosis and treatment options; and a collaborative approach to a personalized plan which may include medication and/or Spravato (esketamine).
I help by providing evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each individual’s needs. By combining medical expertise with a patient-centered approach, I work alongside my patients to create personalized treatment plans that improve symptoms, restore hope, and enhance overall quality of life.
For adults who haven't found relief with traditional medications, I also provide Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression or major depression with suicidal thoughts or actions. When appropriate, I connect patients with other services at Relief—such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) or therapy—or external resources for support.
