My name is Ana Guerrero and I am the founder of An Act of Grace and Courage LLC. My mission is to meet you where you are act and together move toward helping you be whole completely healed mentality, emotionally and physically. The way to achieve the goal is to provide you with various methods including psychotherapy, use of holistic techniques, nutritional counseling and psychopharmocology. The journey begins with you and I building a rapport by conducting psychiatric evaluation to develop a treatment plan.
An Act of Grace and Courage helps those adults and children 12 years of age and older who may be facing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar, substance use disorders and obessive compulsive disorder. We also provide bilingual services in Spanish
I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management and brief therapy via telehealth on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and some Saturdays. Please feel free to contact me.
