I treat ages 8+ for mental health conditions including but not limited to ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self esteem, suicidality, Bipolar Disorder, and disordered eating. My decision to specialize in mental health care was shaped by both my professional experiences and personal life, where I witnessed the impact of untreated mental health conditions in patients and loved ones – often due to limited access to care or fear of stigma. I am passionate about increasing access to mental health services and reducing stigma.
I believe that adjunctive therapy and lifestyle modifications—such as prioritizing physical activity, nutrition, sleep, and social connection—in conjunction with medication, are essential to long-term well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and promote meaningful healing.
