About
I am dedicated to getting you where you want to be with your mental and emotional health. Using medications and/or counseling, change can happen to improve emotional burdens, limiting beliefs, and relationship patterns. My therapy approach is primarily Internal Family Systems Therapy. Let me help you feel better on the inside.
Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) provides healing and harmony through connections made by your true Self to your parts that hold injured thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. IFS helps with couples find the space and capacity to choose a response rather than simply react to it. With more access to Self, transformation is natural.
I understand seeking help can feel vulnerable and my approach is to move at your pace to find your inner compassion, courage, calm, clarity, creativity and connectedness.
