I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in clinic and retreat settings in California, as well as via telehealth in California and Illinois. I also provide regular medication management and therapy via telehealth in CA, IL, and NM. I'm here for you whether you're wanting progressive or traditional approaches.
I am a double board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with additional specialized training in ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic-assisted therapy. I use an integrative, eclectic, and holistic trauma-informed therapeutic approach weaving together person-centered therapy, judicious medication management, the body-mind connection, etc.
I am a warm, welcoming, compassionate, and open-minded clinician. I'm also a trauma-informed social justice advocate who is grief-stricken witnessing how systems perpetuate oppression for folks who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, or hold other marginalized identities.
